Stages of the grant cycles

Due to the potential conflicts with midterms and/or fall break.  Foundation staff members will gladly accept grant materials prior to the deadlines listed, should this work better for Scholars.

NOTE: International Education Grants follow the deadlines for the first term that Scholars will not be enrolled in their home institutions (so a July-March program would follow deadlines for fall).

–For projects taking place during the Winter/Spring 2013-14

Step Requirement/Notifications Materials Due by 8am
1. Submit Letter of Inquiry and Webinar Quiz September 16, 2013
2. Submit First Draft of Proposal to Campus Representative September 30, 2013
3. Submit Final Draft of Proposal October 21, 2013
4. Grant Application Approval Notification October 28, 2013
5. Project Evaluation Package One month after project

–For projects taking place during Summer 2014—

Step Requirement/Notifications Materials Due by 8am
1. Submit Letter of Inquiry and Webinar Quiz February 19, 2014
2. Submit First Draft of Proposal to Campus Representative March 5, 2014
3. Submit Final Draft of Proposal March 19, 2014
4. Grant Application Approval Notification April 2, 2014
5. Project Evaluation Package One month after project
